The Patriots may be putting the big money in front of Asante Samuel but the Philadelphia Eagles may also be among his suitors if they allow Lito Sheppard to seek a trade.  (Bucks County Courier Times)

The Broncos might be putting Travis Henry and Javon Walker up for sale on the trade market according to the Denver Post.

The Baltimore Sun reports that Terrell Suggs, arguably one of the top two or three potential free agents, would be okay with receiving the franchise tag.

Keeping with the theme of defensive free agents, a report in the Kansas City Star indicates that defensive end Jared Allen has indeed been franchised by the Chiefs.

The Bengals may be allowing Justin Smith, a defensive end by trade, to leave the fold.  (Cincinnati Enquirer)

Newsday tells us that Michael Strahan whose retirement has been on again and off again, may be off again.  The odds of his return to the Giants could be increased if Tom Coughlin receives a contract extension.

Flozell Adams might be hitting the market because the Cowboys might not be able to afford his services, per the Dallas Morning News.
