Panthers Have Signed…

ricardocolclough.jpgThe Carolina Panthers made a move on Saturday to sign…cornerback Ricardo Colclough from the Browns.  The deal is for two years and worth $4 million.

He was drafted in the second round of the 2004 draft by Pittsburgh and spent his first three seasons with the Steelers.

A Sumter, S.C., native, Colclough played last year in Cleveland, but appeared in only three games.

He has experience on special teams, including returning kicks.

the panthers have got to stop making dumb moves like this.they are wasting time and money.we need a number 2 receiver dt,le fs bad they need to get with it and make some good moves that the fans are going to get excited about.

Yeah!  Aren’t you guys excited about this?  I mean Colclough is a solid backup cornerback!  <read sarcastically!>  LOL!!  It’s only day two but the best players are being snatched up as if they were the Day After Thanksgiving special at Wal-Mart!  We need to get busy doing something.

What the hell…Pittsburgh and Cleveland cut this dude because he was sorry as hell. If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times, the Panthers are cheap as hell. Except for the Falcons, every team in the league is making upgrades, and getting better talent. The home team is sitting still. If they keep doing this, we’re going to get a repeat of last year.

i dont know about u guys but im really sick an tired of big names goin out the window while the panthers just sit there and watch, and when the panthers make their "big splash" as hurney said, by signing this guy colclough, its pretty pathetic, they let vilma slip the least they can do is sign someone whoc an actually play the game and make a difference, a fourth string CB is not the answer boys, get it together
