No owner is going to pay money mediocrity. As far as Simms and Gruden, Simms is a baby. He's whining about how unconcerned the coach was about his injury, SO. Growing pains go along with the game. You just have to suck it up and keep rolling. Also, don't worry, it will be a chilly day in hell before Gruden becomes the coach of the Panthers.
