Our friends over at the Buffalo Low Down have announced the news.
The Buffalo Bills just added a wide receiver to help Lee Evans, and it turns out that wide receiver is actually Terrell Owens, formerly of the Dallas Cowboys.
If the Bills wanted to spend money to bring in a wide receiver, they should have more aggressively went after Coles, a better character guy.
The response from the Bills was that Owens is more likely to score more points than their last two visitors, but my question is, what if Owens had not come available? I do not think this will have that much of an effect on the scoring ability of the team, because you can’t say that one player is going to change the ability of your team to be good offensively. There are still too many status quos on this team, as well as questions.
If you can glance into that crystal ball that Russ Brandon has on his desk however, you might see this image:
The deal is reportedly for one year and $6.5 million.
