Yeah, there were still some bigger names available at receiver when the Panthers took Edwards. I don’t dislike the pick at all, but he’s more versatile than Ford would have been. I can see Edwards seeing time as a returner on special teams.

I like the Armanti Edwards pick, but I was hoping that they would pick up Jacoby Ford from Clemson. 6’0 receiver who is faster than C.J. Spiller. But, I hope they’ll use Edwards the same way the Jets use Brad Smith. Time to get to that D-Line, Cam Thomas from Carolina is still out there, big, thick, no neck having nose tackle
