He has only just been allowed to return to team workouts. Bulluck is coming off his own ACL injury, says he is at 90% and is getting a bit older. Between the two I would guess Bulluck would have a better shot. But I wouldn't be all that surprised if the Panthers hold off until some more cuts happen looking to pick up a cheap vet or two somewhere else.
