In 5 games he had 1 tackle or less combined. He was consistently handled by single blockers. He wasn't a force unless he wanted to be and he didn't always want to be. I hope Chicago gets their moneys worth but I don't see it happening. I know we'll get our moneys worth out of his replacements as I expect they'll actually play every down as if it means something. Unless it was in primetime, Julius was nowhere to be seen against teams with a winning record. He might have as many if not more sacks this year, but his play will decline into and beyond his first season with Chicago as he becomes complacent. A tiger can't change his stripes.
