Seems to me there have been limitations placed on what he can spend and how much of a player he can truly be in free agency over his time here. Within those limitations he has done pretty well. This team can have a youth movement and not be an automatic cellar dweller doing it because of what he has accomplished. Have there been gaffes and some bad choices? Sure. But they have been pretty limited all in all and they happen to everyone. I think Hurney has done a good job.
