Roaming The Wire: Carolina Panthers News Links

Roaming The Wire is your daily destination to wake-up to for all of your Carolina Panthers related news. Rise n’ shine. Brew some java. Then, come here every morning to get your daily Panther fix before you tackle your day. We do the research so you don’t have to.

I want to send out a personal apology to all of Cat Crave Nation for Saturday and Sunday’s “Roaming The Wire” columns.  We experienced some issues over here in the Panthers’ Lair that delayed our daily fix for our rabid Panther fans, and just wanted to say I’m sorry for the confusion over the past 48 hours.  Training Camp kicked off and our coverage was not up to a standard that you as fans expect each day when you come on here.  We are back on track now and will continue to bring each and every one of our readers the quality that is expected as your favorite Panthers site.  Thank you for understanding Cat Crave Nation – Keep Pounding!

Greg Hardy’s antics have been a distraction this offseason and he acknowledged as much on Sunday, during an awkward interview.  Maybe a heart-felt apology would have been nice too?

Good video reviewing Day 3 of Training Camp for our boys.

David Newton - :

A.J. Klein is a hard-nosed kid ready to make an impact in 2014.  His star is definitely on the rise. :

Joe Person - The Charlotte Observer :

The return team in Carolina had a rough practice as they try to shuffle around players to fill the shoes of Ted Ginn, Jr.  This is the time for Kenjon Barner and Tiquan Underwood to step up and own this position.

Max Henson – :

The mercury is rising in Spartanburg as some heavy drills lead to heated battles. :

Jordan Gross is dropping pounds like a fat kid….. well, you know the punchline.  Since retiring, Gross looks nothing like a “hog molly” since he has slimmed down to a svelte 230-pounds.

Roman Harper shows us that we are down to 41 Days until our September 7th opener in Tampa.  Training camp is in full swing, and before you know it Cat Crave Nation, we will be lining up for kickoff in Raymond James Stadium.
