]]> According to Brad Biggs of the Chicago TribuneChris Tabor, the assistant to the Special Teams Coordinator Dave Toub of the Chicago Bears could be joining the Panthers’ as our new Special Teams Coordinator.  Rivera does not have ties to Tabor but does have ties with Toub when they both worked together in Philly.  The Panthers cannot talk to Tabor until the Bears are done with the playoffs, but once they are they won’t have to worry about asking the Bears for an interview because Tabor’s contract expires at the end of their season.
