Feeley has agreed to terms with the Carolina Panthers to play at backup.  Feeley, a 32-year-old veteran of nine NFL seasons, was released by the Eagles on Sept. 6. He has also played for the Miami Dolphins and San Diego Chargers, mostly as a backup, though he has had some success against the Patriots in his career.
