Larry Fitzgerald: A Panthers Nightmare

wherever they are – Bank of America Stadium, a couch, a recliner.  We’ll be subjected to a 4-win Arizona Cardinals team quarterbacked by John Skelton and a 1-12 Carolina Panthers team…oh, you know the rest.

If you get a sense of deja vu while watching, don’t worry.  A lot of us will get that feeling.  It’ll come each time Larry Fitzgerald, with his dread locks flowing out of the back of his helmet, catches a pass and rips through our secondary.

Sunday will mark a rematch on the same field that we saw on what may go down as a date in Panthers’ history which will live in infamy – January 10, 2009.

]]> Cat Crave Radio is one year old this week!  In Episode 54 celebrate our anniversary and we welcome a new addition to the CCR family - Mike Minter!  Mike brings his experience as a player and his insights on board and will be a part of the show every other week.

Our guest this week is Ross Tucker, a former NFL player, Sports Illustrated writer and Sirius Satellite Radio host.  Ross was kind of enough to talk with us about our Carolina Panthers and all the news surrounding the team.  In fact, he even asked us a question!

Nick Yeoman returned this week for another installment of The Great Debate.  This week’s topic – Can DeAngelo Williams become a serious MVP candidate in ’09?

And we debut a segment that we are understandably excited about – The Minter View.  Every other week, Mike Minter will join us to talk about our Panthers.  The first edition is an interesting conversation as we cover free agency, Torry Holt and more!

]]> Cat Crave Radio is back with Episode 53!  The free agency market kicked off this past weekend without our Carolina Panthers taking part.  They were doing some house keeping instead.

We had the opportunity to speak to Matt Bowen who played seven seasons in the NFL, has written for the Chicago Sun Times, Milwaukee journal Sentinel, Washington Times and now is a major contributor for the National Football Post.  His entries on their site, and all their stuff, is absolutely must-read material for all football fans!

Also, Nick Yeoman re-joined us this week after some technical glitches prevented him from appearing to take part in The Great Debate.  This week, we debated the future of John Fox.

We even threw in a Rant or Rave for good measure.
