Cam Newton will have pinpoint accuracy

This is a prediction that I could realistically see happening. Cam Newton will have a completion percentage above 65%. Washington has a tougher passing defense than some of the teams the Panthers have faced this season, but I am confident Newton will be able to find his wideouts.

Washington’s passing defense is at the top of the league rankings with seven interceptions. With that in mind, they are at the bottom of the league in opponent completion percentage with a mark of 67.6. Newton’s highest mark on the season in terms of completion percentage was 71.1 %.  That came against the Falcons, albeit in a losing effort. Newton knows how the find the holes in defenses and with the wideout group that they have, he should be able too.

I am going to guess he will have a mark somewhere around 68%. After having a rough week by his standards (two interceptions), Newton is going to come out firing. A beaten-down Washington team coming off a rough loss in their last game sounds like the perfect situation for Newton to have a monster game.
