Week 8: Tampa Bay Buccaneers 34, Cincinnati Bengals 37
Cincinnati raced to a 27-9 halftime lead before a fourth Jameis Winston interception put the Bengals on top 34-16 when it was returned for a touchdown. Backup Ryan Fitzpatrick entered and brought the Bucs all the way back but a Cincinnati field goal as time expired ended the contest.
Week 9: at Carolina Panthers (5-2), 1:00pm
Due to his heroics and early season magic, Fitzpatrick has been named the starter when Tampa Bay travels to Carolina this week. The Panthers are preparing for both quarterbacks as the Buccaneers enter desperation mode with their season essentially hanging in the balance.
Carolina needs another win ahead of a short week on the road in Pittsburgh and a trip to Detroit upcoming.
