Offense

Quarterbacks: 80 (B-)
Running Backs: 91 (A-)
Wide Receivers: 84 (B)
Tight Ends: 87 (B)
Offensive Line: 78 (C+)

Running back Christian McCaffrey started hot and continues to carry the workload for the Panthers. Both in the passing game and out of the backfield, McCaffrey has been a force to be reckoned with and is consistently making highlight reel plays, earning him and other running backs the highest grade on offense.

Newton had two below-average games before being sidelined, while Allen’s play has boosted their positional rating. Hovering between a B and C grade, if Allen continues with his consistency and poise in the pocket this grade will rise.

The receivers and tight ends also continue to improve and should elevate their play as Allen develops. Veteran tight end Greg Olsen was visibly upset with some missed opportunities in Houston but protection also needs to improve for this bunch to truly reach their potential.
