4 keys to victory for the Panthers at the Falcons in Week 5

Run the football effectively
The Atlanta Falcons might be giving up plenty of yards through the air, but their ability to stop the run has been much improved during the season so far. They currently rank No. 11 in the league and are giving up 106 yards on the ground, which is not too shabby considering their significant problems at the second level and within their secondary.
Much of this has to do with defensive tackle Grady Jarrett, who has been nothing short of sensational through four weeks. Running between the tackles might be difficult for the Carolina Panthers. But there is nothing to suggest they cannot continue to move the chains efficiently in this area.
Their offensive line has proven most useful in opening up running lanes and in Mike Davis, they have a player who has been a revelation since coming into the starting lineup in the absence of injured running back Christian McCaffrey.
Getting out on the edge might be more beneficial in their pursuit of achieving a successful running contribution. Having Russell Okung back on the line would further aid Carolina’s cause, but the encouraging signs displayed by Greg Little at left tackle against the Cardinals could be another surprising feature if the veteran Pro Bowler is unable to prove his fitness.
