Talk about brutal – the Carolina Panthers schedule was released on Tuesday evening as a primetime event on the NFL Network.

That gives the team three primetime games, two of which will be at home. It also provides no longer than a two-game home stand. The team also plays all three divisional rivals on the road in their first meetings.
The team faces the second toughest schedule in the league as oppnents combined for a .592 winning percentage in ’08. The Panthers will also face seven teams that qualified for the ’08 playoffs.
Oddly enough, the team will end their season for the second straight year versus th Saints.
