It’s Slow, So It’s Time to Make Someone Semi-Famous

This is the time of year which I refer to as “No Man’s Land.” There’s no football — of the NFL variety, that is — and we’re beyond the point of no return, but there is a small light at the end of the tunnel. Even though we’re like 63 or 64 days away from the start of training camp. Not bad, but still a little ways to go. So why not break up the doldrums with a little humor?

During the offseason, around March until training camp begins, I become very close with Youtube, as it pulls me through that last bit of waiting and anticipation of the upcoming season. I generally checkout highlight videos, of which none are from 2009 so far. I know the Panthers didn’t make the playoffs, but there were still some good highlights from later in the season.

At any rate, I always come across this one video, no matter what Panthers highlight I’m viewing, and until Wednesday night it’s always been there — kinda like if you don’t want or need it, it will always be there in the way; the second you need or want it, it goes missing.

So, it’s taken me like a collective six hours to locate this thing through the search area, but it’s worth it, because everytime I stop to check this vid out, I can’t stop laughing.
