Carolina Panthers Waive Davis From IR
A semi-surprising casualty, the Carolina Panthers waived a player from the Injured Reserve list today. After reaching an injury settlement, Carolina waived guard C.J. Davis, who was placed on IR Saturday, after sustaining a concussion during the team’s third preseason game against the Tennessee Titans.
Davis’ agent, Nate Haber said Wednesday, that Davis has recovered, and will be ready to play right away if he is signed by another team.
