Fantasy Round-Up Week 8
Once again, we’re about an hour from the first round of games, and you may be wondering who to start.
Well, I’m here to help alleviate the stress from making that decision. While I may not cover every player, I try to focus on 8 players that I think are worthy to mention. They may be break out stars, or big names that won’t perform that week. And be sure to check out Mr. Barbour’s pregame post here.
Cam Newton QB Carolina
Cam has scored a at least 1 touchdown in every game this season. Not to mention the amount of points he puts up on the ground.
Matthew Stafford QB Detroit
Stafford is going up against the Broncos’ 19th ranked passing defense. Look for Stafford and Megatron to get back into their original groove.
Mike Wallace WR Pittsburgh
New England is last against the pass in the league. Enough said.
Jimmy Graham TE New Orleans
The Rams are flat out terrible this season. Look for Brees to hit his favorite target, Mr. Graham, all game long.
Dallas Clark TE Colts
This goes without saying naturally. The Colts are playing so bad I don’t even like Clark this week.
Tom Brady is going to pick apart an aging Steelers’ defense.
Brandon Lloyd WR St. Louis
There is one reason to not start Lloyd, A.J. Feeley.
DeAngelo Williams RB Carolina
The Vikings are allowing 87 yards rushing per game, and Williams hasn’t lived up to expectations.
That is it for this week. As usual, you can tweet me questions @CatCraveSlate.
