Rams’ Quinn Charged with DWI in Crash
By Ken Dye
St. Louis Rams top 2011 draft pick Robert Quinn was involved in a 1-car crash on I-270 at 5:38 A.M. on July 10th, NFL.com reports.
He apparently cooperated fully with the police and was apparently uninjured in the incident, reports Gregg Rosenthal of the league’s flagship website.
Quinn also was charged with having no insurance, which could make this incident particularly expensive for the top pick.
This further complicates the picture as to his judgement in general. The man has an NFL first-rounder’s salary, rookie cap or not, and had no insurance?
Uh…
He’d do well to hire me as his personal affairs guy. He’d have had both insurance and a designated driver that night.
