4.  Cleveland Browns:  Blake Bortles, QB, UCF

D:  Another off-season shake-up with the Browns’ multi-layered organization. Looks like they’re streamlining things so maybe that’s the approach they need to start winning. It’s no secret they’re not thrilled with Brandon Weeden, so Blake Bortles should give the team a kid who of course still has a lot to learn at the NFL level, but all rookies do. Bortles has risen high up the list of QBs and has the physical skills to get the ball to breakout WR Josh Gordon while having TE Jordan Cameron as a nice second option. The Browns are loaded with picks in this draft due to the RGIII trade two years ago, so they could even trade up with the Texans to the top if they really love someone else, but Bortles should be a nice addition to an offense growing in talent and should see an offense-heavy draft….and don’t forget they have Indy’s 1st rounder for the Trent Richardson trade as well.
