7.  Tampa Bay Buccaneers:  Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson

A:  The Buccaneers have  talented defense so adding weapon like Sammy Watkins to their arsenal is too hard to pass up.  Mike Glennon has shown potential to be a winning quarterback in the NFL.  Add a pair of wide receivers like Vincent Jackson and Sammy Watkins coupled with the return of Doug Martin and this team could be dangerous in 2014.  Watkins shows elite athleticism, able to beat defenders with straight-line and lateral speed.  Watkins is great in jump balls and has good size (6’1″) to contend with most defenders.  The Buccaneers would be a great spot for Watkins to land, because they can groom him to eventually replace Vincent Jackson, while still contributing early in his career.
