Cat Crave Staff Predicts Carolina’s 2014 Schedule

The Saints were ranked 10th in points per game last season.  Usually such a performance would be lauded, but Sean Payton’s Saints are always top 10 in this category.  More noteworthy was the difference new defensive coordinator Rob Ryan made.  A year after giving up the most yards in the history of the National Football League, the Saints were fourth in yards allowed, and similarly ranked in points allowed per contest.  It was a remarkable turnaround for a team that underwent minimal turnover on defense.  With another year to learn under Ryan and another draft class (five of their first six draftees play defense), it is going to be another banner year on defense for the Saints. <p class=.
