2. Geoff Hangartner

Drafted: 2005 NFL Draft, 5th Round, 169th overall

One of the players with the longest careers among the Panthers’ selections with the compensatory picks is Geoff Hangartner.

The guard/center spent the first four years of his career with the Carolina Panthers and after a two-year stint with the Buffalo Bills, returned to Carolina for the last three years of his career. He was released prior to the 2013 season but the team brought him back during that year.

He played in 118 career games and started 86 of them.
