Round 3, Pick 98

Jake Butt, TE – Michigan

Carolina may be the perfect match for Jake Butt playing opposite Greg Olsen. Two tight end sets is something the Panthers have discussed and why picking up another tight end could be something Carolina might consider. Butt has injury concerns which will cause him to slide down a bit in the draft, but the Panthers can take a chance on him with pick No. 98. When healthy, Butt is an extremely good tight end.
