Following is the final Carolina Panthers team specific NFL mock draft with the latest projections…

The NFL Draft is less than 48 hours away and the Carolina Panthers remain to be rumored around a variety of first-round prospects. Further, the team has been projected as both trading up to the No. 2 overall pick or trading back and doubling-up in round-one.

Keys to these rumors can be addressed with both a positive or negative light for Panthers fans. On the bright side, general manager Dave Gettleman has done a good job of not tipping his hand to teams selecting prior to Carolina. However, the negative aspect is that the current roster has so many areas of need no one knows which position the selection will address.

Running back, defensive end, tight end, offensive tackle and even cornerback have all been highlighted at one point or another during draft preparation.

Following is the final mock draft and in a slight deviation from the norm, selections will be followed by other scenarios and an explanation for each of those occurrences. A probability of that scenario happening will also be provided, including videos for each player and their 2016 stats.
