Round 7: Best Player Available

The Panthers desperately need to get younger on the defensive side of the football. By drafting the best player available, Carolina can add younger talent that will learn behind an aging but talented defensive core.

Any seventh-round pick will be a long-term project, so drafting two defensive players to learn behind defensive greats such as Luke Kuechly, Thomas Davis, and Julius Peppers would be a perfect way to end out the 2018 NFL Draft.
