Dak Prescott Projection

Cat Crave: After an impressive rookie season quarterback Dak Prescott struggled last year, especially with interceptions. What does 2018 have in store for the Cowboys signal caller?

SM: Many believe Prescott’s main issue was not having running back Ezekiel Elliott in the backfield for six games last year, taking the pressure off of the passing game. The Cowboys opted to part ways with longtime wide receiver Dez Bryant this offseason. And they lost All-Pro tight end Jason Witten to retirement.

So the passing attack in Dallas will rely on Elliott and their offensive line more than ever. Prescott should have a bounce back season in 2018, but he’ll do so being more of a game manager, reducing those turnovers, and running the ball more.
