Who to Watch

Cat Crave: Who is one relatively unknown player that will surprise Panthers fans on Sunday?

SM: Chidobe Awuzie, cornerback. A hamstring injury limited this second rounder to just six starts last season. But in that short time, Awuzie showed signs of being a top-notch corner. This offseason, the 23-year old is grown and appears to be set for a real breakout year in his second season.

Exhibiting the qualities of a shutdown cornerback, I believe Awuzie will flash at least a couple times in this matchup, making Panthers fans take notice.
