Week 1: New Orleans Saints 40, Tampa Bay Buccaneers 48
Drew Brees‘ own 439 yard passing effort, complete with two touchdowns was thrwarted by Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Buccaneers. Remember, the Saints started 2017 at 0-2 but neither of those losses were a divisional game, which would have kept them from winning the title.
Week 2: vs. Cleveland Browns (0-0-1), 1:00pm
Cleveland nearly won their first game since 2016 but a blocked field goal in overtime sent both the Browns and Steelers away with a tie. After losing to Tampa Bay, expect the Saints to be extra focused for a hungry Browns team in search of a win.
The division began with a bit of a surprise but depending on results from Week 2, everyone could be sitting at 1-1 early in the season.
