More from Cat Crave

Counting on a rookie to immediately step in and provide the same type of production level expected from legendary tight end Greg Olsen is out of the question but Ian Thomas can help your fantasy team.

Expected to get a majority of the snaps on offense, Thomas has provided many reasons as to why he can be relied on for the Panthers. His two catches last week went for a measly four yards but his first target came inside the red zone.

At 6-foot-3, 260 pounds, Thomas provides Newton with a viable option and is a likely candidate to score his first professional touchdown this week in Atlanta. Targeting Thomas early and often would help to build his confidence and capping an early drive with a score would only add to his impact.
