We take a look at three key matchups for the Carolina Panthers.

The Carolina Panthers are set to face the New York Giants in a matchup that features starpower on both sides of the football. The Panthers should be well-rested after coming off a bye week, while the Giants look to lick the wounds after a 33-18 loss to the New Orleans Saints. The first half of the season has been very successful for the Carolina Panthers, and now they look to keep the good mojo going against a potent Giants team.

There are many interesting subplots in this game as despite their recent struggles, the Giants have many potent players on offense. That will certainly present a challenge to the Panther defense. However, with the recent acquisition of Eric Reid, that should add a boost to an already-strong Panther defense.
