NFC South: Carolina Panthers enjoy bye, prepare for New York Giants

Week 4: Atlanta Falcons 36, Cincinnati Bengals 37

The Falcons offense continues to impress but an injury laden defense again failed Matt Ryan and company as Atlanta dropped their second-consecutive close contest. Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton drove down the field and in the waning seconds connected with wide receiver A.J. Green for the eventual game winning touchdown.

Week 5: at Pittsburgh Steelers (1-2-1), 1:00pm

Pittsburgh continues to struggle as both the Falcons and Steelers will be desperate for a win entering this game. A 1-4 start for Atlanta wouldn’t be insurmountable but it would require a lot of work and their defense to vastly improve.
