Luke Kuechly

It was a day to remember for the linebackers. Luke Kuechly had a great game as well, showing that he is still one of the top linebackers in the National Football League.

The former Boston College product notched nine tackles (two for a loss) and two pass deflections, stabilizing the Panthers linebacking unit. It seemed as though he was in the middle of every play and he showed off his nose for the football. So far, it seems like he is on pace for another major season. Concussions have been a problem for him over the past couple of seasons, but so far (knock on wood), he has played at a high level. He already has 29 tackles and an interception on the year.

Against Philadelphia, I would expect him to be aggressive. If you do not get to Carson Wentz early and often, it could make for a long day. He has shown he has the ability to rush the passer, and you can bet that Eric Washington is going to throw the kitchen sink at the Eagles offense. Just as he has been throughout his whole career, Kuechly will probably in the middle of it all as he looks to continue his stellar year.
