Carolina Panthers divisional game number two vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Midway through the Carolina Panthers season, they’ve only faced one NFC South opponent but have another scheduled to visit Bank of America Stadium on Sunday. Losing at Atlanta during Week 2, Carolina hopes to rebound in divisional play with a home win over Tampa Bay.

The Buccaneers season appears to be hanging in the balance, having lost four of their last five contests, in addition to fluctuating quarterbacks regularly since game one. Because of injury, backup Ryan Fitzpatrick earned the season opening start but Jameis Winston regained his position following a dismal performance in Chicago, prior to being replaced after four interceptions last week.

Despite the controversy, Tampa Bay owns one of the best passing attacks in the NFL and Carolina’s defensive secondary is vulnerable through the air. It should be a legitimate test of strength versus weakness, as two rivals face off midyear in the first of a home-and-home series this season.
