These Panthers players should take Sunday’s finale seriously.

The end of the regular season is upon us. While it started promising for the Carolina Panthers, it went south rather quickly. As the Carolina Panthers go on the road to take on the New Orleans Saints, this gives players who may not get playing time an opportunity to show Ron Rivera in the coaching staff what type of talent they have. This is a crucial game for all involved as it gives the team a look at what they have for talent next season and what areas they need to address.

Along with a good mix of veterans, the Panthers certainly have many young players at their disposal who can make an impact. Those will probably be the focus on Sunday as the veterans will look to rest with nothing on the line. This is a big game for many players, as a good performance here could mean good momentum for next season and a chance to crack the starting lineup. While some veterans have their position absolutely secure, there are not that many on this team, especially during a down season. Everyone should be on high alert as the Panthers look to right the ship for next season.

Without further ado, we take a look at three key players to watch for the Panthers as they wrap up the 2018 season.
