Eric Reid, S – Unrestricted Free Agent

Midway through last year, the Panthers decided to take a chance on strong safety Eric Reid. The move paid off as Reid was immediately inserted into the lineup and started every game for Carolina down the stretch.

As an unrestricted free agent, Reid is now eligible to sign with any team he wants but as his collusion case against the NFL continues, Panthers owner David Tepper is the only franchise head not listed.

Seeking fair market value, Carolina may not be able to afford his services but if other teams aren’t calling then a return may be best for both parties at a lower price point.
