Ryan Kalil, C – Round 2 (Pick No. 59)

Center Ryan Kalil worked his way into the starting lineup during his rookie season and never looked back. For over a decade he played the role of anchor along an offensive line responsible for paving the way for multiple backs and protecting a few different signal callers during his tenure.

Retiring just this offseason, Kalil will be missed both on the field and inside the locker room. A three-time All Pro with five Pro Bowl nominations, Kalil’s production has gone unmatched in Panthers history at his position.

Hurney has tabbed former Denver Broncos center Matt Paradis, an even later round pick, to replace Kalil moving forward.
