Week 15 vs. Seattle Seahawks

The Panthers and Seahawks have met eight times since both Rivera and Newton landed in Carolina. Being an NFC West opponent, the teams are typically only scheduled to meet every four years but have extended their rivalry with playoff games and by finishing in the same respective place among each of their divisions.

This will be the sixth game at Bank of America Stadium over that stretch where the Panthers have just one victory – a 31-24 win in the 2015 playoffs in route to the Super Bowl. Overall, Carolina is 4-9 against their northwest rival in what could be a game with big playoff implications.

There is a lot of football to be played between now and then but this game, coming late in the season, could be an important one.
