The Carolina Panthers will have some interesting storylines.

The Carolina Panthers had a busy offseason. It was to be expected, after a 7-9 campaign in 2018. Some of the player movement was retirements, while others left to go to new teams. Some of it was the draft as the Panthers looked to get younger. In any event, it was an eventful offseason that should lead to success for 2019. However, as Carolina learned last year, success is not guaranteed. With the NFC South a very tight division, every game will be extremely important.

Now begins the lull between the conclusion of the season and the start of training camp. As the dog days of May role on, there is not a ton to look forward to in terms of football. There could be more free agent moves on the way around the league, but that is merely speculation. For most of us, we’ll just have to sit and wait as offseason workouts begin.

Without further ado, I take a look at three off-season storylines for the Carolina Panthers, and what they might mean for the team moving forward.
