Cornerback (4)

James Bradberry, Ross Cockrell, Donte Jackson, Kevon Seymour

One of the most competitive groups early on last year was decimated by injuries before this unit could reach its full potential. The losses provided an opportunity to Corn Elder, but if both Ross Cockrell and Kevon Seymour stay healhty, they could push the former fifth-round pick (2017) out of a position.

Donte Jackson burst onto the scene last year and is expected to only increase his level of production opposite James Bradberry. The latter is facing a pivotal contract year as the Panthers have to decide what the future holds moving forward.

Significantly improved in recent years, this group may finally be able to establish themselves as a help instead of a hindrance this season.
