This Carolina Panthers team should be a lot of fun.

There is no doubt that the Carolina Panthers have a talented team this year. After a year in which the offense had to carry the team for most of the season, the defense looks refreshed and rejuvenated. This could be the best team that the Carolina Panthers have had in quite some time.

With this talent comes a bit of familiarity. The star-started rookie class is now in their second year, having experienced a year of life in the National Football League as well the Carolina Panthers playbook. Now, everyone should be ready to play at the highest level. With a bunch of new faces on the roster as well as a competitive NFC South, records could be broken this year. As the league becomes more passing-friendly, the chances that some of the offensive records are broken is high. This team could be fun to watch in the coming years.

Defensively, the Panthers are to be a bit more aggressive. With guys like Mario Addison, Brian Burns, and Luke Kuechly, they give opposing quarterbacks nightmares. They should be able to get to the quarterback early and often, especially with the addition of Gerald McCoy. Although not the player he once was, he can still play at a high level. A revamped line should make all the difference for a team that desperately needs to play solid defensively.

Without further ado, I take a look at three records that can be broken in 2019.
