Greg Olsen

It feels weird putting tight end Greg Olsen at the bottom of the list like this. However, there were so many great performances on Sunday that he unfortunately has to be relegated to the bottom. Olsen turned back the clock with his performance on Sunday.

He caught six passes for 75 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 12.5 yards per catch. He was very involved over the course of the game. He looked like a man on a mission. It was great to see Olsen have such a tremendous game. He hadn’t had a game like that in quite a while. Considering that there were questions as to whether he would retire at the end of last season, this was an especially sweet performance.

Hopefully, he can continue to perform at a high level. As he proved on Sunday, he still has a lot left in the tank. At a time when Carolina’s quarterbacks are at a crossroads, Olsen provided some great veteran leadership. Hopefully, he will be able to play as well against a tough Houston Texans defense. They do not make life easy for receivers, and as a tight end, Olsen should be able to get a ton of opportunities.
