GLENDALE, ARIZONA – SEPTEMBER 22: Larry Fitzgerald #11 of the Arizona Cardinals catches a touchdown pass from Kyler Murray #1 while being defended by James Bradberry #24 of the Carolina Panthers during the first half at State Farm Stadium on September 22, 2019 in Glendale, Arizona. James Bradberry – CB

James Bradberry has been on this list before as he’s currently having the best season of his career, and what a year to get it done. The former second-round pick is in his contract season and should be seeing the green sooner rather than later as he’s been on absolute lockdown in 2019.

More from Cat Crave

Bradberry has always been soft-spoken and low-key, letting his play speak for itself. And it has in the past, but with more of an inside voice. Through the first quarter of 2019, his play is screaming in our faces and it’s asking for a massive contract extension.

Bradberry faces a sneakily difficult matchup against Jacksonville receiver D.J. Chark, who has been quarterback Gardner Minshew’s favorite target. I’ll be watching to see if Bradberry can shut down Minshew mania himself this week by taking away the rookie’s security blanket and letting the pass rush eat.
