Carolina Panthers vs. Jacksonville Jaguars: 5 questions for Sunday
The Carolina Panthers look to keep the good momentum going.
The Carolina Panthers are set to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars in what is a game of young quarterbacks. Kyle Allen and Gardner Minshew lead the way for both teams. Both quarterbacks have provided a spark for their respective teams.
The last time these two teams met was on September 15, 2015. In that game, the Carolina Panthers were able to secure the victory by a 20-9 score. A Jericho Cotchery seven-yard touchdown grab and a 30-yard interception return from Josh Norman provided the bulk of the scoring for the Panthers. The lone points for Jacksonville came courtesy of a Jason Myers field goal and a touchdown grab from Rashad Green.
In the all-time series, the teams have six times, with each side winning three games apiece.
With a win here on Sunday, either side could advance above .500. With so much action and competitive play happening in both the AFC and NFC South, this game could have big implications for both teams.
