Three Carolina Panthers made history with their Week 5 performances.

The Carolina Panthers entered Bank of America Stadium after dropping their first two games of the season but rallied on the road. Wins in Arizona and Houston evened the overall record but it had been nearly a full calendar year before Carolina had enjoyed a home victory. On the heels of three historic performances from coach Ron Rivera, running back Christian McCaffrey and backup quarterback Kyle Allen, the Panthers defeated Jacksonville 34-27.

The win puts Carolina just one game back in the division as they prepare for another historic game this coming Sunday. Traveling across the Atlantic to face Tampa Bay in London, the Panthers are making the first-ever franchise appearance over seas.

Bouncing back from a less than favorable beginning to the year, if each of these record breakers continues to perform at a high level then Carolina will succeed, especially once the roster is healthy.

Continue to see what franchise and NFL records Rivera, McCaffrey and Allen were responsible for setting last week.
