Christian McCaffrey – Longest Run

Running back Christian McCaffrey continues to revitalize the Panthers running back position. Historically approached with multiple backs and a solid between the tackles strategy, McCaffrey shoulders a majority of the workload while contributing in both the slot and as a pass catcher out of the backfield.

Always dynamic, the Jaguars had no answer for McCaffrey and he was able to set a record for the longest run in Panthers history with his third score of the game. An 84-yard scamper, McCaffrey was untouched through the line and out ran any Jaguars attempting to catch him.

An impressive feat, it feels like this record will stand for some time until Carolina calls McCaffrey’s number once more from closer to their own goal line and he does it again down the road.
