The Carolina Panthers need to especially watch out for these Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.

It was a rough day at the office for the Carolina Panthers this past Sunday. Not a whole lot needs to be said about the outcome, but it is worth mentioning that the team played well despite the score.

They played with fire on a snowy night in hostile territory right down to the last second. D.J. Moore and Greg Olsen both had themselves a good game with a couple of first down catches. Kyle Allen engineered a couple of good drives, including one that ended with a Curtis Samuel touchdown, another Christian McCaffrey score and a close call that may have sent the game into overtime.

Unfortunately, the Panthers came up short and left Green Bay a little banged up.

Dennis Daley exited the game with a leg injury and Donte Jackson’s groin injury flared up again. Those losses could pose some serious issues this week as the Panthers travel home to welcome the Atlanta Falcons into Bank of America Stadium. Grady Jarrett and Julio Jones could tell you about their convincing win over the Saints, but the stat sheet speaks for itself.

However, there are a couple of people who didn’t get such high marks in the box score last week that might play a big role this week.
