Greg Roman

Greg Roman has to be a candidate on this list. When you take a look at what is done with the Baltimore Ravens, as well as his prior experience in Carolina, it seems like a great fit.

He was the offensive line assistant for the Carolina Panthers from 1995-2001. Now several stops later, he is leading a Baltimore Ravens offense that is extremely productive. The Ravens are second in the National Football League with 420.8 yards per game. They are tops in the National Football League in rushing yards with 2,494 on the season. They are also tops in points per game with 33.8. It also helps when you have a quarterback like Lamar Jackson at your disposal.

Roman should definitely be a candidate. A high-tempo offense is what quarterback Cam Newton thrives in. if Cam Newton does not end up playing next year, they have the pieces to run a high-tempo offense. Christian McCaffrey would thrive in a high-Temple offense and he would give defenses nightmares. Although this list is in no particular order, Roman should definitely be the top candidate for the Carolina Panthers.
